We are two Swedish girls, both 20 years old and weve just fell in love with Amsterdam. Weve read alot about your hostel and it seams as its a great and extremly fun place to working at. We were thinking about staying in Amsterdam for about a year and we were wondring if you had any positions opened in your bar. We are willing to do any tasks that we are asked, anything from kitchen staff to serving to cleaning, and we promise that you will not be disappointed. If the answer is yes, we will quit our jobs and get down there with the first flight possible.
We were thinking about giving a short description of both of us;
Madeleine is a outgoing, creative, loud and caring girl with everlasting smile on her face. Her passions in life are backpacking, going to festivals, playing football and floorball and loves to meet new people. Shes got great work ethics, a fast learner and quickly adapts with working in new fields and in another country. Shes got great English skills and can easily communicate with people abroad. Shes got great patience.
Frida is an open, happy and positive girl who often is on the verge of laughter. The things she enjoys most in life is hanging out with friends and listening to music, travelling and exploring new countries. She describes herself as a small-town girl who just wants to discover the world. She works efficiently both in groups and individually and is able to managed many things at once. She is multitasker.

We are an acoustic cover duo/ with the name of "kaluza & Co.", based on Mallorca, Spain. Were playing covers of various genres such as Irish Folk, a bit of Country, and a mix of songs from the past decades including songs from Amy McDonald, Eric Clapton, Johnny Cash, Canned Heat, Bob Dylan, T-Rex, Simon & Garfunkel, Bill Withers and many more.
Currently were organizing a bar tour through Germany and Holland for the dates between November, December and January. On board with us in November and January is a guest musician named Simon Barnard on Fiddle, Guitar and Mandolin. I am writing on behalf of my traditional Irish-music group "The Bodhran Buddies". Over the course of the summer we are planning on playing some dates across Europe. We would be very grateful if you would consider us to perform in your establishment.
The Bodhran Buddies hail from a small village in County Tipperary and we have been playing together for the past five years. Since then we have played various pubs, parties and festivals around Ireland. The core members of the band are:
Noel OBrien : banjo, vocals, mandolin and bodhran.
Nicky Brewer : acoustic bass guitar.
Brian Byard : acoustic guitar and banjo.
We are capable of playing over three hours worth of material in a gig situation. This includes all types of traditional Irish music such as; jigs, reels, hornpipes, polkas, waltzs, ballads and airs.
